03-17-2020 Dear Italian Market Supporters,
With the trepidation surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus we wanted to inform you of the extra precautions that have been implemented.  All our food preparation areas are normally cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of every shift. We have increased this to hourly.  This hourly cleaning and food grade sanitizing regime will incorporate all surfaces that our guests can encounter.

  • This will include all self-service counters, ordering and receiving counters, bathroom facilities, door handles, push plates and any other area that I am failing to remember at this moment.
  • The tables and chairs will be cleaned and sanitized after every use.
  • All our cleaning and sanitizing agents are food service grade.

For those who would like a bit more distance than the recommended 6 feet of space between people, we offer a drive thru pick-up window. You can give us a call and drive by for pick up.  We go above the necessary not because of any regulations but because of family. This restaurant is a family establishment.
