Special Free Wine Tasting

UPDATE: I wanted to send out another reminder for folks about this Friday’s Wine Tasting at The Italian Market. We are hosting two different wineries with members of both estates tasting us through 6 delicious wines! Manicor Estates from South Tyrol in Northern Italy and Tenuta Gracciano della Seta from Montepulciano, Tuscany.

This the first time we’ve had two different suppliers visit from Italy for a free tasting. I’m so excited for everyone to meet these great people, learn about their histories, and taste incredible wines.

I’m very excited to announce that Friday, March 13th, we will be having a special free wine tasting. We will have winemakers and representatives showcasing wines from Manincor Estates and Tenuta Di Gracciano Della Seta!

Manincore’s wines are spectacular. In spite of its size (having only 50 hectares of vineyards) Manincor is the largest wine estate in South Tyrol, and it remains a family operation with charm and personality. The estate’s first buildings date back to 1608, built by Heironymus Manincor when the Holy Roman Emperor endowed him with lands along the Lake of Kaltern.

The Gracciano Estate is one of the oldest wineries in Montepulciano, Tuscany. The winery grows premium Sangiovese on the Gracciano hills; one of the most prestigious Crus of the region.

This tasting is FREE to all! I hope everyone is thirsty and excited to taste with us.
