This Friday we will be tasting four new wines that just arrived at the shop.
Pfeffingen Blanc de Noir: a white wine made of 100% Pinot Noir from Germany. It is absolutely delicious, and a rare style of wine. Soft strawberry, raspberry, and citrus fruits. It is the ideal summer companion.
Borsao Rose: 100% Garnacha rose from Spain. This wines enticing flavors of red berries and a touch of spices make it delightful to drink, and an easy choice.
Saragat Monica: a native grape of Sardinia, Italy. Monica is full and rich, expressing notes of cherry, plum, violets, and has an uplifting acidity.
El Enemigo Cabernet Franc: From the skilled hands of the Catena family comes this lovely Cab Franc. It shows flavors of blackberry, cassis, plum, a hint of pepper, and sweet spices.
