12-10-2025: TBibi Graetz is one of Tuscany’s most prestigious producers today.  But before that Bibi was an artist having graduated from Florence’s Academy of the Arts. In the 1990’s he began making wine from the few acres of vines planted around his family home.  Then in 2000 he produced his first wine “Testamatta” (Crazy Head), which was met with wild success.
